We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Please note only one form of payment method may be used on a single order.
If you are attempting to checkout and receive an error message, please contact your bank in order for them to authorize the transaction. If the error persists, please contact us.
Once your order has been placed, your card is charged according to the amount and currency of your order. If your order is unfortunately cancelled before shipment, we will refund the amount charged immediately. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect back on your bank statement.

We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
Please note that all item are personally designed and constructed by us, never mass produced. Request are more than welcome so please, do not hesitate to ask for some product.
After placing an order, you will receive and email receipt confirming the details of your purchase. This email receipt does not comprise a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by Uncommon Nomads.
